Now that the weather is warming up it seems like neighborhoods are having garage sales. It is the perfect place to find good (sometimes new) clothes, toys, furniture etc. Also it is a good time to have your own to get rid of excess junk and make a few dollars.

I once had a treadmill that we sold at a garage sale. Now if I need a treadmill I will go to a garage sale and find my equipment for sale there because people get tired of working out and sell it. What a bargain!!!
It takes energy to go through all those unused items in your home...which means while you are doing it you are burning calories!...take the items and either have a garage sale or donate them...(included are some suggestions)....which ever you choose, your home will look better and so will you!!:)
