The high impact exercises on the DVD are to hard? Don't give up. In stead of jumping along with the instructor march with the knees high at you place and you still have a great workout. Instead of jumping jacks step rights and left and do the arm movements. Don't give up! You can do it!

Went to Sam's Club with my nephew, Fancybird24 last week. We double dog dared each other to try the soy milk that the Demo Lady offered. It was awesome! I have lactose problems anyways, so this was an even better deal for me. It was fantastic with my cereal!
