I do toe touchers, wall pushes, chair lifts, stair steps, just plain moving and find a way to track it on Spark; then I can look at the end of the day and as I log what I have done, I see what I have achieved. The next day I want to do more! It's a good motivation tool for me.

Do the set for 10-20 reps, just to get a feel for it. If you like it, add it to a future workout. Doing this will take no more than a min of your time each day, but it will expose you to trying a new body movement.
