I do toe touchers, wall pushes, chair lifts, stair steps, just plain moving and find a way to track it on Spark; then I can look at the end of the day and as I log what I have done, I see what I have achieved. The next day I want to do more! It's a good motivation tool for me. emoticon emoticon
