I love to come home from work, put a cup of tea out, set some music, and grab my pictures. I spend 10-15 minutes looking at pictures, drinking my tea, with music I love in the background. It's a great way to relax when you leave work at work and switch to family life.

When faced with temptation I imagine my motivating pictures on my sparkpage. I must have chosen good pictures because it really works. I made them as specific and personal as possible. For example...I want to look good riding on the back of our motorcycle this summer so I have a picture of a fit woman in motorcycle clothing. 3
Pay yourself for your workouts. I washed out an empty juice bottle and glued motivating pictures and trinkets to it. For every mile I run, I put in a quarter. For every weight training session I put in 20 cents. When the jar is full or you reach a set goal, spend the money on new clothes.

To keep yourself motivated, take that one before picture, and everytime you drop a size (shirt or pants) take a picture (fully clothed). And in the end take a picture with the before pants and the after.
