I just learned that I can access these e-mails and get points without receiving them! I used to wait and get my one point for the e-mail and 3 points for the recipe! I need to learn more about my Sparks page!

Go to your start page and in the top left-hand side is says account/email preferences. Click on email preferences which opens a window called "Account Preferences." Click on the email tab. You can read the email messages from that window and get your points without ever opening your own email account to read the messages.

I wonder how you are doing this and others seem confused also. Could you explain or should we ask the 'techs' on the main message board? I know that you can sign-up for emails to be sent to your regular home email address from various selections, topics & team digests. Upon reading these, you can claim 1 SparkPoint and earn up to 10 per day. However, you seem to be saying there's a way to earn SparkPoints reading the SparkMails. I have not had that experience could you check on the process and re-explain. Thanks.

I discovered that whenever I ignore Spark emails, even when I continue tracking, I tend to go off track. So now, every time I feel like eating something terrible or skipping Zumba, I read a Spark email, look at sparkpages, read success stories, etc. I know it sounds obvious, but it really makes a difference to me to keep my goals at the very front of my mind! I can't ignore my unhealthy decisions when there's a picture of someone who lost as much as I want to right in front of me.
Every day I Use the Spark planner to make an appointment to reflect, making sure it sends me a reminder email. When the email comes I usually pause and remind myself of the day's reflection that comes to me via Spark email. Personal growth with a point! 58
