Each morning I spend about a half hour feeding my mind. My menu includes a few passages from the bible, a couple of affirmations and an inspirational reading. It provides me with the right mindset to go out and face the world and to deal positively with whom or what I meet along the way.

    I really like this idea. I have gotten away from the morning workouts so this could be a good new start for me!

    I love this idea. I believe there is a Spark article about doing this before bedtime also.
