Secrets of Success




I know this is going to sound crazy, but here goes...I often struggle with getting my water intake in. It's not that I don't like water, in fact it is all I drink, beside my morning coffee! So I have set up my spark page calendar reminder to go off every hr to remind me to drink a glass of water

  • Not crazy what so ever!! Do the same with my vitamins and other things I have to on a day. It is great since I have a sit behind your computer job. - by COLOURFULME
  • I have a calendar on my frig, where I mark everyday that I am getting my water that I need, or I wouldn't remember how much I have or had not drank for that day, I also, put on there, to make sure I take my M and C, and circle them when I do. M/med and C/calcium. It's all I drink, besides my cuppa in the am, and occasional tea. But this helps me make sure I get it all in. - by MJLUVSANIMALS
  • I too struggle with my water consumption. I am not a big fan of water, but since joining sparkpeople, I have made myself drink more water than I normally would. I have yet to make it to where I have drank eight eight ounce glasses a day. It sounds like you have a good plan to help you get your water intake. Keep up the good work. - by BIGBUTTBERTHA
