Most grocery stores coordinate sales with coupons that are available in the Sunday paper or on websites like coupons.com. Wholesale clubs like BJ's allow you to combine their coupons with manufacturing coupons. ( Just buy things you'll use- no one wants a pantry full of expired cans of "veg-all".

I clip every coupon I see. I joined coupon sites and print out what I like. Go to stores that double coupons. When something goes on sale, use your coupons. Sign up for the stores cash back and savings. EXP. if Lean Cuisine has sale 5 for $10. you are saying already. Now go to a store that doubles your (5) .50 cent coupon=$1 )off etch. I separate my coupons by category. (hygiene,dairy, etc) I have a notebook with see through pockets. When the weekly adds come out on Sunday. I study which stores to go to. I take out my coupons for each store. 243
