Nashville, TN experienced a flood of epic tragedy and destruction last week. Rescued by boat and now working on restoration of my daughter's home, normalcy, and mental health I find that my life change of healthy eating and exercise are tools that will get me thru this difficulty!
Obstacles come in like the flooding waters and can wash away our intentions. Rescue awaits with getting back on track, resulting in restoration to healthy living!

I have added rescuing stray grocery carts to my "park far away" routine at major box stores and grocery stores. Rescuing a grocery cart left in a parking space is a good deed, and gives you a little upper body exercise while you're walking toward the store. Win-win!
I had a small flood. I tried the wet vac vacuum cleaners...didn't help much. But the Chamois "Magicloths" did the trick. In a few minutes I picked up 2 buckets of water from my basement floor. They are a great product which is washable and reusable too. Love em! They truly are250
