When your a female gamer and you know dang well you should be exercising instead of gaming.
While sitting there at least suck your gut in and hold make sure you can feel the muscles in your stomach tighten and loosen, continue this action for at least 15-20 minutes it'll be like your laying on the ground doing crunches. Who says you have to stop at 20 minutes, if you like or can go for longer. :)

I've always been a gamer however being a gamer means sitting on your butt for extended amounts of time & not exercising.
So, in order to play 4 hours of Xbox 360, I have to spend 2 hours exercising, at least 3 times a week. Of course, during the semester, 2 hours of exercise = 4-6 hours of study time. Funny how that works out!
I try to snack on fruit & healthier snacks during game time whether it's on a console or gaming on the PC.
