I printed out The 10 Secrets of Success Mind Over Body Series that was re-issued this month. I bought a notebook for journaling.
I am going to begin with the "Mind Over Body" intro then progress through the steps and journal in my thoughts, feelings and actions in detail so that I can get a handle on my innermost issues as relate to his well-taken and in-depth points. I will then record how it is working.
