Having SOMEONE to be accountable to during a weight loss journey may SOUND counter productive--like more stress--but studies have shown that people who enlist others' support during this weight loss time actually do BETTER than those who don't. My HUSBAND is the person who I am accountable to-
meaning--he helps me by trying to make healthy dinners, motivates me to exercise, and choose portions wisely when I don't FEEL like it!!
