Tricking your mind into thinking your eating more....
I have a tendency to over eat so I found that if I wanted a slice of pizza ( not the whole thing or 4 slices as I normally would have done) I would take a slice and cut it into 4 slices. This way as I eat I am SEEING 4 slices and it takes me more time to EAT the 1 slice tricking my mind into thinking I have eaten more than I really have. 4
I read that even the smell of a green apple can trick your mind into thinking it is full. Apples have alot of fiber and the old adage An Apple A day, May keep the Doctor away might just be true. Love your Granny! Tsk Tsk
