Plan and pack your lunch. Rather than eat out for lunch on work days, I try to pack my lunch the night before. This way I can choose something that I will be 'interested' in eating and enter it in the tracker as well.

  • I do this every day. I save money and I eat better. I also have a stash of Kashi bars in case the rare lunch date gets cancelled. I use the nutrition tracker faithfully, even when I don't want to record what I ate! - by JUNEAU2010
