No More White Sugar And White Flour

I was so stuck at a certain weight. I was exercising, eating within my calorie range, but as soon as I stopped white sugar and white flour I have lost six pounds, which is a lot for me, being stuck for over 5 months!

I eat complex carbs, lots of fiber and lean fish/meat. I also started making one big soup a week so I don't have to wait to cook something. Keep a container of either tuna, egg or chicken salad in the fridge, with walnuts, dried cranberries, celery and pineapple, and that is a great energy food.

    I did the same thing and took it alittle farther. Have you tried almond or coconut flour , they make great protein muffins.
