I haven't kept up with my cleaning and workouts, so I found a way to get started. To me it's all about getting started after that its smooth sailing. I start my day with walking first thing in the morning.
I told myself 15 minutes of dishes wouldn't kill me or walking a few blocks won't hurt. I do that right away in the morning to put myself in a good mood for the day. I get a lot more done than to put it off until later in the day. I treat myself with an energizing smoothie.
