Many exercises can be done in your everyday clothes! Walking (just wear walking shoes), crunches, jog in place, many light calesthenics, dumbell exercises, and many Sparkpeople exercise videos can all be done in street clothes! Saves the time spent driving to a gym and changing clothes.
