My tip to weightloss and what is working for me. Is I am not to strict on myself on the weekends. I allow myself not to go crazy but to enjoy myself. I still watch portion control and sugar levels, however- when it is the week days I stay focused on track becasue I have not been depriving myself. I hope this helps!306
If you deprive yourself of the foods you love you will eventually brake and start binging. If you watch portion size and only eat certain foods in MODERATION than you will be satisfied and still lose the weight! If you want a cookie than have ONE. If you have enough calories left over than eat a slice of pizza for dinner but pair it with a salad instead of eating threee slices! 480
I am a food junkie and used to eat about 3,000+ calories a day. Fast food and sweets where my weakness however once I figured out that I can enjoy these things in small portions and not so often, I started losing weight. I don't deprive myself because than I get frustrated.
