Since adding Weight Watchers to Spark People, I realize now just how much I was snacking throughout the ENTIRE day. Writing down every single thing that I eat has helped tremendously.

More Information:

By keeping a food journal, I'm able to make better meal and snack choices. I'm also finding ways to distract myself from eating.
