Since adding Weight Watchers to Spark People, I realize now just how much I was snacking throughout the ENTIRE day. Writing down every single thing that I eat has helped tremendously.

MORE INFORMATION:
By keeping a food journal, I'm able to make better meal and snack choices. I'm also finding ways to distract myself from eating.

    Just curious... since both programs have you record the food you eat, what made it different to add Weight Watchers?
