I have decided that I fail at diets, so I am going to think of this as a Health Plan that will increase my energy, my life span, how I feel overall and the it just happens to have a side effect of weight loss. That way I am not measuring my success by the scale, but by my health improvement.

Keep it up, and not only will you continue gaing health, but the weight will start to go.
