My husband and I started running this year. We began with 5Ks and are workig our way up to longer runs. We've never been running like that before but signing up for a monthly race helped us stay motivated to keep training and you get rewarded with a goody bag, shirts and crossing the finish line...

    I am on week 7 of my C25K program and today I just registered for my first 5k which will be in 6 weeks!! I'm so excited.

    I am in my 2nd week of C25k (Couch to 5K) program and Spark team and am loving it ... still have to sign up for my first 5k but fully intend to do this once I am truly into this progam and am assured that I will be able to run the whole 3.1 miles! Congrats on your success!!!!!
