I get asked what I did to loose so much weight....I started by using the spark stages, just followed them, some seemed a bit silly but did it any way, it gave me a good foundation to my healthy life style, the weight came off, I was never really hungry and I'm sp very proud to say today I am 200+ pounds lighter, living a healthy and happy life....could not have done it with out the spark stages and all my friends here in SparkPeople.....

If you're looking to review past or future diet strategies w/out reseting your current SP Stage, simply search for the Stage using SP's search function. The overview is usually the first result,& once you click on that, you can click on any strategy that interests you- all are listed in the overview

When you feel frustrated and want to pig out, go to SP and read comments and goodies that others have put on your Spark page. Reread as many times and days as you wish. It is support when you are in a diet stress zone. It's gorge prevention.
