  • Definitely agree. I love using the Nutrition Tracker; it really helps me keep track of not just my calories, but cholesterol, folate, protein, etc. I was really surprised when I found out I wasn't getting enough folate - I'm working hard to improve it but still have a ways to go. - by AUDREYBYLLOTT
  • I'm 100% in agreement with you. We are looking for continual progress. - by DAPHNE137
  • This has been one of my best tools--even when I'm "bad", I find when I'm tracking, I'm not quite as bad, or never as bad as I think, which helps me realize that this IS a sustainable lifestyle change and one I can manage for the long-term! - by CAMROLA
  • I agree. It was tedious at first but then once you do get into it is amazing to see what you eat on a daily basis. And yes, it does make you think wow, I can not eat like that. - by KIMMIEB
