I stopped drinking alcohol & coffee and switched to green tea. I drink it hot, and I also brew some to keep in the fridge and drink cold. This miracle tea has suppressed my appetite tremendously! It gives me something yummy & warm to enjoy, and keeps me from excess snacking. I have lost 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks by making this simple switch. Good luck everyone!
A great way to relax? floating in the hot tub. Don't turn it up all the way, just warm enough to feel like a warm bath, get in to one of the "seat" areas, and lay back, close your eyes, let your feet float and relax. The built in seat keeps you from sinking and drowning, but you can still feel buoyed and "weightless". I find it a great way to totally relax.175
