Flatout Flatbreads (I get mine at Costco). 100 calories for a really big serving (8 or 9 fiber grams). Use them for wraps, pizzas, quesadillas, home made pita chips - endless possiblities. They really help me get enough fiber.

A lot of people skip breakfast because they say they dont have much time....and if they do eat something sometimes people will reach for a cereal bar or a pop tart. If you have 1 minute, I can tell you how to make a low cal/low fat breakfast sandwich.
Crack Egg on saucer plate & poke the yolk with a fork. Microwave egg for 25secs. Take the fork -cut & mix egg up. Microwave 30secs more. Put on a flatbread round and add fatfree cheese and Canadian bacon...add some tomato or other veggie if you wish. scrub plate with scru pad & cold water 2 clean

When I'm having problems balancing my Carbs/Fat/Protein I go to my fave new discovery, Flatout Flat Bread Wraps. 100 Calories for a good sized wrap that tastes sorta neutral so works well for a nut butter, tofu wrap, or any kind of sandwich and can also be used with some ricotta cheese and a nice strawberry topping (homemade from Chef Meg's recipi) to make a kind of crepe/blintz. 1) substitution - Costco sells a 3+ lbs of terrific celery and large bag of baby carrots. You can snack on these all day instead of other crunch items like chips. Raw cauliflower works too. Wasa flatbread instead of cookies, crackers. 2) tracking - SP makes counting calories so very easy. Stay totally honest and before putting anything in your mouth, know you'll have to list it! 3) pedometer - not just a tracker, it reminds you all day that you are on a mission
