French fries drip in ketchup or baked potato with butter or sour cream? My advice choose the baked potato over fried potato. Then try dipping the cut up pieces of the baked potato into ketchup instead of sour cream of butter. You save on fat calories and you are eating healthier by choosing the bake over the fried food! 4864For me this stops the craving for french fries!
Use greek yogurt (which is fat free and high in protein) in place of cream, mayonnaise, and sour cream when you cook. Mix plain greek yogurt with ranch seasoning to enjoy fat free dip, and add a little skim milk to make a ranch dressing. It can be added to soups, sauces, dips, and drinks to add a little creaminess without the fat.
