I like this tip. I have 102 pounds to lose by the end of the year. I figured out that I will have to lose 3 pounds a week to reach my goal on time. When I think of 102 pounds, it seems impossible, but working on 3 pounds I don't feel overwhelmed.

One Mini-Goal at a Time
