To motivate my exercise routine, I do not get dressed until I do 215 steps on the elliptical. Being retired, it is easy to forget to exercise during the day without a routine.

More Information:

Being physically challenged, I am not able to exercise more than 5 minutes at a time. I plan my exercise with my mid-morning and afternoon tea to be sure I get 3 sessions in a day.
