Halving My Take Out Dinners

When I go out to eat I don't always think about the best option on the menu, but I found that if I split what is on my plate evenly in half and putting it in a to- go container, not only do I eat half as much but i also eat slower and get fuller much faster.Not to mention I have a meal for tomorrow!

  • I do this all the time when eating out! I've even ordered half-orders and eaten half of that...there was still plenty left for another meal. - by THENAMESLISA
  • I do the samething. Most all take out dinners are too large so I split them in half before starting to eat. This way I get two meals for the price of one and I don't stuff my self. - by CYPATAYLOR2
