    We also measure here here and here.. I had back rolls that came nowhere in that measurment. so I am doing inches and how my cloths fit. Those yucky back rolls are almost gone too.

    I agree, loosing inches vs. weight is a big one for me. If you exercise everyday, you will change your fat to muscle and muscle weights more that fat... emoticon

    The scale doesn't always reflect the true accomplishment of our hard efforts. I'm glad you realized that and are looking more at your inches lost. Keep up the great work!

    I am back in the size 18 and I wore that when I had lost a few pounds. Well I gained them back and now that I am running several times a week and walking twice a week, the clothes fit and the scale is really slow to move. Maybe eventually the scale will catch up.

    I am following inches lost, also. I keep up the workouts like you and will keep my nose to the grind stone.
