The Best way to Exercise with Fibromyalgia

What I have found works the best for exercising when you have fibromyalgia is to start out slow and keep it slow. Don't ever get into a hurry. Fibromyalgia is hard to deal with to begin with and is you push yourself to hard you will end up making yourself hurt to much/

    Thanks for the reminder. My physical therapist says the same thing.

    I so agree. I'm always feeling like I should do more than I'm doing and when I push too hard I end up in a flare.
