Being addicted to unhealthy foods is like being addicted to drugs. And what do you do to get rid of a drug habit? You slowly wean yourself of it over a period of time until you no longer need the drug. This can also be applied to unhealthy eating. It certainly helps me!
Snack on fruits and vegetables. After losing 20 pounds I went back to unhealthy eating. To get back on track I only had fruits and vegetables for snacks. This made me focus on if I was really hungry, and after a few weeks, I lost the extra weight I gained during my unhealthy weeks.
