Take Note Of Serving Sizes




After being on Spark for several wks now, I have just discovered that in choosing a banana, the portion size is just one half, therefore 2 servings of fruit is 1 whole banana emoticon Always verify your serving sizes!!

    I always ate my snacks right out of the bag. I thought I could eye a serving. One day I divided a bag up into single servings and found out that I was eating 4-5 servings. No more eating out of the bag. - by MSTALLINGS

  • When I see the family eating chips or anything. I've found myself saying, "If you know what a true serving size is you would bad". My spouse had some tortilla chips and I said you have about 4 serving in front of you. I keep my food scale, measuring spoons,and cup at arm reach when I'm in the kitchen.
