Never underestimate the power of a hug. Sometimes when I'm down and feel like I'm a big failure, getting a few big hugs (and virtual hugs too) brings me right back and helps me to continue on my journey. That personal touch really keeps me going.

I think a big part of me not giving up is the motivation and positive feedback from my husband. He is always picking my spirits up and constantly giving me compliments to make me feel better and to continue to try to get to my goal.
Kisses on the forehead, compliments, Hugs, hugs, I love you, Words like "you can do it" We can do it together.
Getting it right, finally. I read the book "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. It has become my Bible, along with "The Spark". I have always known that food played a very obsessive role in my life...the book explains those obsessions and how to overcome them...just reading the information brought me to tears. I am grateful everyday for those who can bring us out of our insanity without therapy. I now eat to live not live to eat. I track my food and plan my meals and it is enough....
There is never a reason to give up...keep on keeping on and the answers will come....love and hugs everyone. HONEY
