The best thing that has helped me is being accountable for the food i eat by the tracking and it is pretty easy with the sparks people.com way!! I know what i have consumed and i don't have any more if i have hit the limit or i can reward myself with a snack if i do really good!!!
The other is tracking the work outs!! It means i am getting up and moving instead of sitting on my Butt watching tv and getting more over weight!!!! I have been more active and i hope i will b want to be even more active once i get back into shape!!!!!!!Go Sparks people!!! YOu all are great!!
