The best thing that has helped me is being accountable for the food i eat by the tracking and it is pretty easy with the sparks people.com way!! I know what i have consumed and i don't have any more if i have hit the limit or i can reward myself with a snack if i do really good!!!
The other is tracking the work outs!! It means i am getting up and moving instead of sitting on my Butt watching tv and getting more over weight!!!! I have been more active and i hope i will b want to be even more active once i get back into shape!!!!!!!Go Sparks people!!! YOu all are great!!

Food tracking can be tedious and time consuming, so I find it helps me stay on track if I track my food a week ahead. I plan my menus and write up my grocery list every weekend anyway, so while I'm at it, I fill out my SP logs for the week. During the week, I only need to track my water and make minor modifications as they come up. Also, once it's out there, I seem more likely to stick to it!
