We must find our center, focus, and mission. Then we can help others to do the same. You never know how hard it is to change and persevere if you have never done it yourself. Everyone has something they can work on!

Before I found out I had sleep apnea I was hungry all the time. Once I got my machine and mask to use, although I hated wearing the mask, I now use my machine faithfully.
