I found that putting sliced strawberries on my toast with peanut butter was just as good as jam on toast with peanut butter! More fruit and fiber, less empty sugar calories- with great tasting results!

I picked 14 quarts of strawberries, gave 4 to my daughter. Tonight I made 2 strawberry pies, 2 jars of jam, sliced some for cereal, and sugared a very big bowl to make strawberry pancake syrup tomorrow. I have about 50 more quarts to pick but it is raining. I'll make more jam and pies. Love them
