I walk in place while washing, hanging, and folding laundry. I put on my MP3 player and listen to upbeat songs--before I know it I'm done with the laundry and I've worked up a good sweat! Kills 2 birds with 1 stone!

To get my exercise into my work day, I walk home from the bus stop. If I transfer buses and walk home from the closer bus stop, it takes me 15 minutes, but if I want a longer workout, I don't transfer buses and walk home from there. That takes me a half hour.
