I've been using the SP scheduler to schedule my workout everyday. And every morning I get an email reminder to do my workout. Even if I don't want to the email nags me to do it. So I get up and do it and it's done!

    I have found that if you workout the same time each day it more easily becomes a habit that you dont feel good about skipping. Afterward, you feel physically and emotionally great for the accomplishment! - by CHERYLSBUTT

  • I take this a step further and schedule my workout with a friend. This makes me accountable to someone other than myself and I'm less likely to "blow it off". - by BC072962
