Once you have reached your goal weight, an easy way to maintain, it is to weigh yourself daily and once you notice yourself gaining a pound or two, go back into diet mode and lose those few pounds and continue back into maintenance mode and repeat the process!! Good luck!! emoticon

  • Set a Scream weight within 5 pounds of the weight you are trying to maintain. Mine is 149. If I go up to that weight, I know I better get real serious about what I am doing. - by LORIELP

  • The scale is a key tool in my weight maintenance. I weigh every morning. There will be fluctuations, but when it goes up a few pounds, that is the time to work on it before it becomes 5 or ten pounds. Good tip! - by PAULALALALA
