Don't have a stopwatch or a timer? Check your cell phone options, there just might be a stopwatch hidden in your organizer folder. That's where I found mine, and I use it now to track things like grass cutting, walks not set to timed music, moving boxes, etc.

I have some decaf chai tea bags with no sweetner. I bring 1 1/2 c. water to a boil. Brew the tea strongly. Then cook 1/2 c. of oatmeal (regular, not isntant) in it. I add fruit as I wish and/or some Splenda. Because I am using more liquid than called for it takes a little while longer to coo

To get my exercise into my work day, I walk home from the bus stop. If I transfer buses and walk home from the closer bus stop, it takes me 15 minutes, but if I want a longer workout, I don't transfer buses and walk home from there. That takes me a half hour.
