When I know I am going to a buffet I don't tell myself, hey you are off to a Chinese Buffet tonight - or whatever kind it is, I think of one healthy meal I could eat there. Tonight I told myself, I'm off to have a delicious veggie laden Mongolian BBQ. It totally helped me to focus - that's what I ate and I loved it!
