I carry a small container of protein powder in my purse. Then when I order a coffee, I can make my custom fancy coffee drink by using that instead of creamer. I like the chocolate powder, but french vanilla is yummy,too. Make it a decaf to add to your water count for the day. I'm also saving money

  • Can I ask what powder you use (you too, KTANNAR). I've never used protein powder and I understand that different brands can have very different flavors. Thanks! - by BUTSWEETER
  • I do the same, ( but usually water down the coffee to half strength. then I enjoy sipping coffee through out the day.) I feel I am getting the extra water and making it a healthy treat.
    But some times I have a problem with the powder lumping up. I found if I mix with some cold water first then it isn't as bad. Any suggestions to help that? - by KTANNAR
