This Sparked Me!

I spend five mins every evening pre-cutting fruit for breakfast and carrot/cucumber for snacks. So easy on a manic morning (and which household has a relaxed morning) to go without breakfast or eat something unhealthy but convenient. And also during the day, so easy to pick on the wrong things.

As I prepare things each evening, I feel good about it, knowng that this 5 min activity will help keep me on track the next day and every morning I am so happy that I did it as I dish up my breakfast x
