Dr. Scholl'S Massaging Gel Sport Replacement Insoles
Members Were Sparked
These are special massaging gel *sport* insoles. It appears they are a bit wider to fit in the toe box of an athletic shoe. I was getting some irritation in my foot where the insole stopped before the side of the shoe. I have really high arches and I can feel the arch support. So far so good.
Remember to change your insoles when you get some wear in them. Your feet will thank you.

I use pure Aloe Vera Gel as a Moisturiser all over my Body----more so the exposed parts to guard against the drying effects of Summer Climate ,Sun Burn and Prickly Heat. This pure Gel is available everywhere locally----I use a Gel made by Dr. Urjita Joshi in India.Protects the Scalp and Hair too.
Since my Chemotherapy and Radiation Treatments I have found that using this Gel helps in keeping my Skin soft, supple and moisturised.I use it on my Hair and Scalp both as a Hair Fall Remedy and as a grooming agent too.
Being on my feet when doing laundry all day tires them out! One way I use to rest my legs a little is to place a woven braided rug in front of my washing machine! Just that little bit of cushion between my feet and the floor helps give them support! Another idea to help my feet is putting in Dr. Scholl's foot inserts in my shoes. They ALSO CUSHION them!
I walk a lot, both the treadmill and outside. Sometimes I even run. I often have places where my shoes rub on my feet, not enough for a blister, still annoying. I now use Dr. Scholl's Moleskin. It can be cut to any size I want and is very sticky so it stays in place and protects that raw spot so
that it doesn't become worse. I have a spot just under my big toenail on the left foot and the top of my big toe on the right. If I had a cut or blister it might hurt to take it off but I've never had a problem. And by using it I prevent blisters and rawness. 30
