If I'm uncertain about my weight loss accomplishments or am wondering if my exercise is paying off, I go shopping in my closet. Invariably I'll find something I've forgotten about that hasn't fit in a long time, that now looks and feels fabulous. What a motivator! (And easy on the budget too!!) 7
