    I'm reading the "BECK DIET SOLUTION" which isn't a DIET, but how to THINK like a THIN person. She says THIN people aren't afraid of being hungry and they wait till their next meal to eat. Fat people have anxiety and have to go "get something".

    Water is also my filler. It's enough to hold me over for a short time before a meal or before I fall asleep at night.
