This fits in with my schedule because I workout after work...but when I have trouble with evening snacking I shower. It gets me out of the kitchen, breaks a snacking pattern, and seeing all those parts of myself I'm trying to shrink is a good dose of motivation!

Clean the shower after you (or someone else) has just had a nice hot shower. The steam loosens the gunk. Rather than using stinky commercial cleaners, try Avon Bubble Bath and an old bath pouf. Or, even better, shower, deep condition your hair, then shower again.
In the morning before I take my shower, I do calf raises on the shower stall door. I also do wall push-ups or close arm wall push-ups after I put conditioner in my hair while I wait the 2 minutes. At the end of my shower I have a squeegee that I use to clean the doors. 3 exercises in one shower!
