Secrets of Success

Take A Breather

After about 10 weeks of working out 5 days a week I realized I was feeling run down. So I took 4 days off. I needed a rest! I came back refreshed and excited to work out instead of seeing it as a chore. Listen to your body and take breaks when you need it. It helps you keep your long run goals.

  • Thank you for sharing your secret. I feel better about the day I took off from Curves this week. Usually I would have forced my self to go but this time my body refused to cooperate. After a 2 day rest I was back to my routine. Thanks again for making me realize its ok to take a break one in a while.
