My Kitchen FOOD SCALE!!! WEIGH & MEASURE it is!!!!
I decided when I began this journey that I MUST be firm with myself & weigh & measure EVERY tiny morsel From experience I've discovered that I cannot get healthy based on what value I THINK a food has! I am religiously using the SP food calculator. As a result, I have NOT gone over my calories once!

I keep a 16 oz glass next to my kitchen sink. Every time I pass the kitchen sink I fill up the glass and drink it all down. So with the time I am in the kitchen during meal times I easily down 2-3 of these glasses at each meal. Also, when a craving comes on I have made it habitual to reach for my glass next to the kitchen sink instead of heading to the fridge!
