I'm trying to eat more superfoods. Sweet Potato, Blueberry, almonds, garlic, and avacado are easy to add into the diet and they taste wonderful. I have been making microwaved baked potato chips with the sweet potato. They are great with curried yog. dressing.

    I should be making more of an effort to include super foods as well, because I like almost all of them. I agree with the previous comment about sharing the receipes for microwaved baked sweet potato chips and curried yogurt dressing. They both sound wonderful.
